Pemasangan Pencahayaan dengan Pemanfaatan PLTS sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Keamanan dan Kenyamanan Jalan Kampung

This community service aims to improve the quality of street lighting by utilizing solar-based lighting technology (LPBTS). Although access to electricity already exists, many areas in the village have not received adequate lighting. This causes the nighttime atmosphere to be less safe and comfortable, especially for outdoor activities. Solar-based lighting lamps are proposed as a solution to address this problem by providing effective and sustainable lighting. The solutions offered include the installation of solar lights at strategic points along the main roads and alleys in the village. With an efficient and environmentally friendly design, this lamp is expected to improve the safety and comfort of villagers without dependence on conventional electricity grids. The implementation method involves several systematic stages. Program evaluation and sustainability are conducted regularly to ensure the system functions optimally and provides long-term benefits. Regular monitoring and maintenance are carried out to maintain the quality of lighting and ensure the sustainability of the system.
Abstrak
Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas penerangan jalan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi lampu penerangan berbasis tenaga surya (LPBTS). Meskipun akses listrik sudah ada, banyak area di desa yang belum mendapatkan penerangan yang memadai. Hal ini menyebabkan suasana malam hari menjadi kurang aman dan nyaman, terutama untuk kegiatan di luar ruangan. Lampu penerangan berbasis tenaga surya diusulkan sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan memberikan pencahayaan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Solusi yang ditawarkan mencakup pemasangan lampu tenaga surya di titik-titik strategis di sepanjang jalan utama dan gang-gang di desa. Dengan desain yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan, lampu ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keamanan dan kenyamanan warga desa tanpa ketergantungan pada jaringan listrik konvensional. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan beberapa tahapan sistematis. Evaluasi dan keberlanjutan program dilakukan secara berkala untuk memastikan sistem berfungsi optimal dan memberikan manfaat jangka panjang. Monitoring dan pemeliharaan rutin dilakukan untuk menjaga kualitas penerangan dan memastikan keberlanjutan sistem.
