The availability of vocational school graduates is urgently needed to welcome the Golden Indonesia program. Accelerating the implementation of the energy transition requires support for education based on new and renewable energy (NRE) and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction technology. The implementation of the energy transition that will have an impact on the development of NRE-based power plants, the use of environmentally friendly energy-based energy such as electric vehicles, induction stoves, and the like, as well as governance and business strategies, will absorb many graduates from various scientific fields. Therefore, the role of schools, universities, educational institutions, training institutions, and certification bodies is an important part in order to prepare professionals who will support the implementation of the energy transition in Indonesia. through PkM activities in the form of socialization activities to students of SMK Negeri 1 South Tangerang with the theme Solar Power Plant Monitoring System (PLTS) to Improve the Reliability of Electrical Energy Generation. The main topic of the activity was about the opportunities and challenges of the Golden Indonesia program and sharing experiences in the application of monitoring system technology that is being developed at the global level and realized at the rooftop solar power plant of Universitas Pamulang.
