Abstract

ABSTRAK

Pemanfaaatan dan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dilingkungan sekolah menengah pertama masih sangat kurang, pelaksanaan ujian masih menggunakan soal yang dikirim melalui whatsapp, sehingga kualitas dalam pelaksanaa ujian kurang maksimal. Penerapan google form dipersiapkan oleh para pendidik untuk membantu meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan ujian peserta didik di sekolah. Pemanfaatan google form ini digunakan sebagai media pelaksanaan ujian yang memudahkan pendidik dalam melaksanaan ujian dan meringankan beban pendidik dalam mengoreksi ujian di sekolah. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengukur tingkat kepuasan tenaga pengajar dan peserta didik terhadap pelaksanaan ujian menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak computer base tes secara daring dengan memanfaatkan google form. Pengumpulan data peserta dengan memanfaatkan metode survey yaitu metode penelitian dalam melakukan pengumpulan data peserta menggunakan kuisioner. Penelitian memanfaatkan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan dan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna.

ABSTRACT

The utilization and use of information and communication technology in the junior high school environment is still very lacking, the implementation of the exam still uses questions sent via whatsapp, so that the quality in the implementation of the exam is not optimal. The implementation of the google form is prepared by educators to help improve the quality of student exams in schools. The use of this google form is used as a medium for conducting exams that makes it easier for educators to carry out exams and lighten the burden of educators in correcting exams at school. This study aims to measure the level of satisfaction of educators and students towards the implementation of the exam through an online computer-based test software application using the google form. Collecting data using survey methods, namely research methods in collecting data using questionnaires. This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to determine the level of importance and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method to determine the level of user satisfaction.
