PERANCANGAN SISTEM APLIKASI LAPORAN POLISI BERBASIS DEKSTOP TERINTEGRASI DENGAN SISTEM INFORMASI E-MONITORING LAPORAN POLISI BERBASIS WEB. Setiap instansi selalu akan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi seluruh masyarakat terutama bagi instansi kepolisian dimana peningkatan pelayanan terkait dengan laporan polisi yang perlu untuk ditingkatkan dari segi sistem pelayanan serta sistem laporan polisi yang ringkas bagi petugas polisi, banyaknya kendala terkait pelayanan laporan polisi seperti masih banyaknya petugas yang melakukan laporan polisi menggunakan mesin ketik dan ada yang sudah terkomputerisasi tetapi masih menggunakan program microsoft office sebagai data penginputan laporan polisi serta belum ada sistem informasi monitoring terkait data seluruh laporan polisi di Indonesia. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat dimaksimalkan dengan membangun aplikasi Laporan Polisi Offline untuk penginputan laporan polisi serta membangun sistem informasi E-Monitoring Laporan Polisi yang dapat menampung seluruh data laporan polisi di indonesia dengan memanfaatkan teknologi API (Application Programming Interface) untuk sistem integrasi. Aplikasi Laporan Polisi Offline dan sistem informasi E-Monitoring Laporan Polisi dibangun dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemograman JAVA dan PHP dengan menerapkan metode waterfall sebagai metode perancangan dan konsep MVC sebagai dasar pengekodean. Jadi Aplikasi Laporan Polisi Offline dapat digunakan untuk penginputan laporan polisi sehingga dapat mempercepat proses pembuatan laporan polisi serta mengirim laporan polisi ke PUSIKNAS dan sistem informasi E-Monitoring dapat digunakan sebagai pengumpulan seluruh data laporan polisi di Indonesia sebagai analisis lanjut PUSIKNAS.

ABSTRACT
DESIGN OF A DESKTOP BASED POLICE REPORT APPLICATION SYSTEM INTEGRATED WITH WEB BASED POLICE REPORT E-MONITORING INFORMATION SYSTEM. Each agency will always provide the best service for the whole community, especially for police agencies, where the improvement of services related to police reports needs to be improved in terms of service systems and a short police report system for police officers, there are many complications related to police reporting services such as the number of officers who conduct police reports using typewriters and some are computerized but still use the Microsoft office program as police report input data and there is no data monitoring information system related to all police reports in Indonesia. The use of information technology can be maximized by building an Offline Police Report application for inputting police reports and building a Police Report E-Monitoring information system that can utilize all police report data in Indonesia by utilizing API (Application Programming Interface) technology for the integration system. The Offline Police Report Application and the Police Report E-Monitoring information system were built using the Java and PHP programming languages by applying the waterfall method as a design method and the MVC concept as the basis for coding. So the Offline Police Report Application can be used for inputting police reports so that it can speed up the process of making police reports and sending police reports to PUSIKNAS and the E-Monitoring information system can be used as reports of all police data in Indonesia as further analysis of PUSIKNAS.
