PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI INVERTORY OBAT DENGAN METODE PROTOTYPE ( Studi Kasus : Klinik Yakrija Paninggilan )

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah manusia dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya, Salah satunya dalam proses pencarian informasi.
Klinik Pratama Yakrija Paninggilan sebagai pusat pelayanan Kesehatan fasilitas kesehatan tingkat - 1. Pengolahan data obat-obatan pasien di Klinik Pratama Yakrija Paninggilanmasih dilakukan dengan cara manual sehingga perlu dibuat Perancangan WEB bantuan framework bootstrap untuk merancang antarmuka, framework codeigniter untuk koneksi dengan basis data, serta MySQL untuk membuat basis data. Perancangan diawali dengan tahap identifikasi kebutuhan sistem. Identifikasi kebutuhan sistem dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap pegawai klinik.
Hasil penelitian ini yaitu perancangan sistem inventarisir obat-obatan yang meliputi ketepatan, kelengkapan dan kejelasan informasi serta kecepatan memperoleh informasi ketersediaan obat pada Klinik Pratama Yakrija Paninggilan.

The development of information technology has changed humans in completing their work, one of which is the process of searching for information.
Pratama Yakrija Paninggilan Clinic as a health service center for level 1 health facilities. Processing of patient medication data at Pratama Yakrija Paninggilan Clinic is still done manually so it is necessary to create a WEB design with the help of a bootstrap framework to design the interface, a codeigniter framework for connection with the database, as well as MySQL to create a database. Design begins with the system requirements identification stage. Identification of system needs is carried out by means of interviews, observations and documentation studies of clinic employees.
The results of this research are the design of a drug inventory system that includes accuracy, completeness and clarity of information as well as speed of obtaining information on drug availability at the Pratama Yakrija Paninggilan Clinic.
