PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI LAYANAN PEMESAN LAPANGAN GOLF BERBASIS WEB DENGAN METODE PXP ( Studi Kasus Senayan National Golf Club )

Sistem Informasi merupakan layanan suatu perangkat pekerjaan yang silih berhubungan, yang bekerja untuk mengumpulkan dan menyimpan data informasi serta bisa mampu mengolahnya menjadi informasi yang bisa buat digunakan dan berguna untuk suatu tujuan.Senayan National Golf Club Merupakan lapangan Golf yang berlokasi di pusat kota Jakarta dan diantara kompleks perbelanjaan Senayan yang berdiri pertama kali pada tahun 1968 dengan nama Kebayoran Golf Club. Layanan pemesanan lapangan pada Senayan National Golf masih manual, kinerja layananya belum kurang efektif serta kurang maksimal dalam pelayanan pemesanan lapangan (Booking). Proses yang kurang cepat, akurat, dan kurang terkontrol. Untuk itu perlu dibangun suatu sistem informasi yang dapat menangani masalah tersebut.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem yang mana sedang berjalan, membuat rancangan sistem, melakukan pengujian dan implementasi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem yang berjalan masih terdapat banyak kekurangan dalam pengerjaannya pengelolaan pelayanan pemesanan lapangan golf, maka peneliti melakukan perancangan sistem informasi pemesanan lapangan golf berbasis website dapat meningkatkan kinerja pengolahan data. Adanya sistem informasi berbasis website ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan sistem pengolahan data booking lapangan golf terintegrasi, dan meminimalkan resiko terjadinya kehilangan data. Sistem informasi tata tertib lapangan golf adalah diharapkan dapat dikembangkan lagi dengan menambahkan fitur-fitur yang lebih spesifik lagi dan mengikuti perkembangan waktu.

ABSTRACT

An information system is a service that is a set of interconnected work tools that work to collect and store information data and can process it into information that can be used and is useful for a purpose.

Senayan National Golf Club is a golf course located in the center of Jakarta and among the Senayan shopping complex which was first established in 1968 under the name Kebayoran Golf Club. The course booking service at Senayan National Golf is still manual, the service performance is less effective and less than optimal in the field booking service (Booking). The process is less fast, accurate and less controlled. For this reason, it is necessary to build an information system that can handle this problem. The purpose of this research is to find out which system is running, create a system design, carry out testing and implementation.

The results of the research show that the current system still has many shortcomings in the management of golf course booking services, so the researchers designed a website-based golf course booking information system that can improve data processing performance. The existence of this website-based information system can overcome the problems of an integrated golf course booking data processing system, and minimize the risk of data loss. It is hoped that the information system for golf course regulations can be further developed by adding more specific features and following developments over time.
