IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI INVENTORY  BERBASIS WEB PADA APOTEK SEKAR MELATI MENGGUNAKAN METODE AGILE. Apotek Sekar Melati adalah sebuah apotek yang bergerak di bidang penjualan obat, sistem yang akan di rancang di Apotek Sekar Melati ini diharapkan menggunakan sistem informasi yang sudah terkomputerisasi sehingga tidak mengalami masalah perhitungan stok barang, validasi data, ataupun transaksi lambat. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dipandang perlu untuk melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi inventory berbasis web menggunakan agile development methods, khususnya model scrum. Penerapan agile development methods (model scrum) yang iteratif, cepat, adaptif, dan secara aktif melibatkan pengguna di dalam kegiatan pengembangan sistem informasi, telah terbukti dapat menghasilkan sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dalam waktu yang singkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi inventory pada Apotek Sekar Melati. Setelah mengetahui permasalahan dan kelayakannya kemudian mendesain sistem usulan lebih efektif yang dapat diimplementasikan dengan MySQL database, selanjutnya membangun sistem informasi inventory berbasis web menggunakan bahasa PHP. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah sistem informasi inventory untuk menangani input data kemudian diproses sehingga menghasilkan output berupa laporan.Perancangan dan pembuatan Sistem Informasi Apotek berbasis web secara komputerisasi diharapkan mencangkup segala pendataan stok obat, supplier, customer serta transaksi yang berjalan agar lebih mudah, efektif dan efisien.

IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB-BASED INVENTORY INFORMATION SYSTEM AT SEKAR MELATI PHARMACY USING AGILE METHODS. Sekar Melati Pharmacy is a pharmacy engaged in drug sales, the system that will be designed at Sekar Melati Pharmacy is expected to use a computerized information system so that there are no problems in calculating stock items, data validation, or slow transactions.Based on these problems, it is deemed necessary to develop a web-based information system using agile development methods, especially the scrum model. The application of agile development methods (Scrum model) which is iterative, fast, adaptive, and actively involves users in information system development activities, has been proven to be able to produce information systems that meet user needs in a short time. This study aims to design an inventory information system at Apotek Sekar Melati. After knowing the problem and its feasibility, then designing a more effective proposed system that can be implemented with a MySQL database, then building a web-based inventory information system using the PHP language. The results of this study are an inventory information system to handle input data and then processed to produce output in the form of reports. The design and manufacture of a computerized web-based Pharmacy Information System is expected to include all data collection on drug stocks, suppliers, customers and ongoing transactions to make it easier, more effective and efficient.
