PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI INVENTORY BARANG BERBASIS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN METODE EXTREME PROGRAMMING PADA CV. ARYAN PRATAMA. Seiring dengan masalah dunia kerja yang semakin kompleks, diperlukan suatu alat atau cara yang dapat memanfaatkan informasi yang ada agar dapat mendukung proses bisnis atau kegiatan pada suatu organisasi agar kinerjanya lebih efektif dan efisien. CV. Aryan Pratama adalah suatu badan usaha di Tangerang Selatan yang bergerak di bidang usaha Tekstil. Meskipun abad 21 merupakan era informasi, penggunaan sistem informasi inventory barang CV.Aryan Pratama khususnya di bagian IT Operation masih sangat sederhana. Proses pencatatan barang hingga pemakaiannya masih dilakukan secara manual. Sistem inventory dilakukan secara sederhana, dan menggunakan spreadsheet sebagai alat  bantu. Hasil pengamatan yang ada menunjukkan beberapa potensi masalah yang kerap terjadi seperti kehilangan data barang, dan keterlambatan dalam penyusunan inventory barang. Dari masalah tersebut, penulis berinisiatif untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi inventory berbasis web untuk membantu efisiensi kegiatan operasional inventory perusahaan. Untuk itu, dilakukan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak yang didasarkan pada rekayasa perangkat lunak yang benar. Dalam menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi inventory digunakan metode Extreme Programming dan juga penelitian dengan studi kepustakaan,  studi dokumentasi, wawancara, observasi, serta analisis dan desain dengan menggunakan diagram yang terkandung dalam UML (Unified Modelling Language). Penelitian ini akan menguraikan aktifitas aktifitas dan pemakaian barang pada masing-masing tahap pengembangan berdasarkan metode berorientasi obyek Hasil analisis dan desain sistem informasi inventory barang ini diharapkan  dapat mempercepat proses pengolahan data dan dapat mengatasi kelemahan pada  sistem yang masih manual, selain itu diharapkan pula dengan adanya sistem ini dapat mempermudah dalam pencarian data yang dibutuhkan untuk keperluan koperasi seperti pelaporan kepada pimpinan.

ABSTRACT

DESIGNING A WEBSITE-BASED GOODS INVENTORY INFORMATION SYSTEM USING EXTREME PROGRAMMING METHODS AT CV. ARYAN PRIMAMA. Along with the increasingly complex world of work problems, a tool or ethod is needed that can utilize existing information in order to support processes or activities in an organization so that their performance is more effective and efficient. CV. Aryan is a business entity in South Tangerang which is engaged in the textile business. Although the 21st century is the information age, the use of CV. Aryan, especially in the IT Operations section, is still very simple. The process of recording goods until their use is still done manually. The inventory system is simple, and uses a spreadsheet as a tool. The results of the existing observations show that there are several potential problems that occur, frequent loss of goods data, and delays in preparing inventory items.  From this problem, the author took the initiative to develop a web-based inventory information system to help the company's inventory operational efficiency. For this reason, a software development process is carried out based on correct software engineering. In analyzing and designing an inventory information system, the Extreme Programming method is used as well as research with literature studies, documentation studies, interviews, observations, and analysis and design using the diagrams contained in the UML (Unified Modeling Language). This study will describe the activities and use of goods at each stage of development based on object-oriented methods. The results of the analysis and design of this inventory information system are expected to accelerate the data processing process and can overcome weaknesses in the manual system, besides that it is also hoped that this system can facilitate the search for data needed for cooperative purposes such as reporting to the leadership.
