Abstract

ABSTRAK

PERANCANGAN SISTEM INVENTORI BARANG BERBASIS WEB  DENGAN METODE PROTOTYPE      (PADA TOKO LIBERTY ). Liberty merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang interior mobil yang fokus pada penjualan, pembuatan, dan pemasangan sarung jok mobil. Saat ini pendataan dan pelaporan barang  di Liberty masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai kendala, seperti tidak sesuai stok barang, efesien waktu yang rendah, dan rangkap data. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut maka dibuatlah aplikasi sistem inventori barang berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode prototype. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mempercepat proses pendataan barang, pembuatan laporan dan pengelolaan data ketersediaan barang di Liberty. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini antara lain HTML, PHP, JavaScript, dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, Liberty akan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional khususnya dalam hal pengelolaan dan pelaporan inventori, hingga mampu mendukung perkembangan dan kemajuan usaha secara keseluruhan.

Kata kunci : Inventori, Sistem informasi, Prototype, PHP, MySQL.

 

 ABSTRACT

DESIGNING A WEB-BASED INVENTORY SYSTEM USING PROTOTYPE METHOD (AT LIBERTY STORE)Liberty is a business in the car interior sector, focusing on the sale, production, and installation of car seat covers. Currently, inventor recording and reporting at Liberty are still done manually. This is due to various challenges, such as inaccurate stock levels, low time efficiency, and data redundancy. To address these challenges, a web-based inventor system application was developed using the prototype method. This application is designed to accelerate the process of inventor recording, report generation, and management of stock availability at Liberty. The technologies used in the development of this application include HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL as the database. With this application, Liberty will be able to increase operational efficiency, particularly in inventor management and reporting, thereby supporting the overall growth and advancement of the business.
