Implementasi Perancangan Sistem Informasi Presensi Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking Berbasis Website. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat mendorong inovasi dalam menciptakan aplikasi untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan secara efisien. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode Design Thinking dalam merancang sistem presensi berbasis website guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional coffee shop. Permasalahan yang diidentifikasi meliputi kurangnya sistem presensi terintegrasi dan ramah pengguna, yang menyebabkan inefisiensi dalam pengelolaan absensi karyawan. Melalui tahapan observasi, analisis, desain, pengujian, dan implementasi, penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem presensi berbasis web dengan antarmuka yang efektif, pencatatan absensi terintegrasi, serta kemudahan penggunaan bagi administrator dan pegawai. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akurasi data, mempercepat pengambilan keputusan, dan mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional. Penerapan metode Design Thinking terbukti memberikan solusi inovatif terhadap permasalahan pengelolaan presensi.

Implementation of a Website-Based Attendance Information System Design Using the Design Thinking Method. The rapid development of information technology drives innovation in creating applications to solve various problems efficiently. This study implements the Design Thinking method to design a website-based attendance system aimed at improving the operational efficiency of coffee shops. The identified issues include the lack of an integrated and user-friendly attendance system, which leads to inefficiencies in managing employee attendance.Through the stages of observation, analysis, design, testing, and implementation, this research produces a web-based attendance system with an effective interface, integrated attendance recording, and ease of use for both administrators and employees. The system is expected to enhance data accuracy, expedite decision-making, and optimize operational efficiency. The application of the Design Thinking method has proven to offer innovative solutions to attendance management challenges.
