Abstract

ABSTRAK

PERANCANGAN APLIKASI RESERVASI PRIVATE ROOM DENGAN METODE SCRUM BERBASIS WEB, pada era digital yang semakin maju sekarang ini membuat para pengusaha bisnis makanan dan minuman menyesuaikan sistem penjualan mereka melalui digitalisasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi reservasi private room berbasis web yang mempermudah pelanggan dalam memesan ruang dan mendapatkan informasi promosi. Metode Scrum digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini karena fleksibilitas dan kemampuan iteratifnya. Studi kasus dilakukan di BOB Coffee Depok untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.

Kata kunci: Private Room, Metode Scrum,website, BOB Coffee.

 

ABSTRACT

DESIGN OF PRIVATE ROOM RESERVATION APPLICATION WITH WEB-BASED SCRUM METHOD, in the increasingly advanced digital era, food and beverage business entrepreneurs adjust their sales systems through digitalization. This study aims to design a web-based private room reservation application that makes it easier for customers to book rooms and get promotional information. The Scrum method is used in the development of this application because of its flexibility and iterative capabilities. The case study was conducted at BOB Coffee Depok to improve operational efficiency.
