Abstract

ABSTRAK

PERANCANGAN SISTEM APLIKASI TOKO ONLINE DI PT. MATAHARI DEPARTMENT STORE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE AGILE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem aplikasi toko online menggunakan metode Agile yang memungkinkan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak dilakukan secara iteratif dan adaptif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan. Metode Agile yang digunakan adalah Scrum, yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan seperti product backlog, sprint planning, sprint, dan sprint review. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem aplikasi toko online yang mencakup fitur-fitur utama seperti katalog produk, sistem pemesanan, manajemen pengguna, dan integrasi pembayaran. Penggunaan metode Agile terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kolaborasi tim pengembang dengan stakeholder serta mempercepat proses penyempurnaan sistem sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat mendukung transformasi digital PT. Matahari Department Store dan memberikan pengalaman belanja online yang optimal bagi pelanggan.

ABSTRACT

DESIGN OF AN ONLINE STORE APPLICATION SYSTEM AT PT. MATAHARI DEPARTMENT STORE USING THE AGILE METHOD. This research aims to design an online store application system using the Agile methodology, which enables iterative software development and adaptability to changing requirements. The Agile method applied in this study is Scrum, which consists of several stages such as product backlog, sprint planning, sprint, and sprint review. The result of this research is the design of an online store application system that includes key features such as product catalog, ordering system, user management, and payment integration. The implementation of Agile has proven effective in enhancing collaboration between the development team and stakeholders while accelerating the refinement process in accordance with user needs. It is expected that this system will support the digital transformation of PT. Matahari Department Store and provide customers with an optimal online shopping experience.
