PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENUNJANG KEPUTUSAN PENILAIAN KINERJA KARYAWAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SAW BERBASIS WEB di PT.TUNAS TOYOTA CINERE. Penilaian kinerja karyawan merupakan aspek krusial bagi perusahaan untuk mengambil keputusan strategis terkait promosi, bonus, atau pengembangan karir. Di PT.TUNAS TOYOTA CINERE, proses penilaian kinerja karyawan saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, mengakibatkan inefisiensi, memakan waktu lama, dan rentan terhadap subjektivitas. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang sebuah Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web yang mengimplementasikan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengotomatisasi input penilaian, melakukan perhitungan secara objektif berdasarkan bobot kriteria, dan menghasilkan peringkat kinerja karyawan secara transparan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan proses penilaian di PT.TUNAS TOYOTA CINERE menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat.

ABSTRACT
DESIGN OF A DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT USING THE WEB-BASED SAW METHOD AT PT. TUNAS TOYOTA CINERE. Performance appraisal of employees is a crucial aspect for companies to make strategic decisions regarding promotions, bonuses, or career development. At PT.TUNAS TOYOTA CINERE, the current employee performance appraisal process is still done manually using spreadsheet files. This leads to an inefficient and time-consuming process, and it is susceptible to subjectivity in decision-making. Furthermore, the absence of a web-based system to automate the input of appraisals also complicates the continuous monitoring of performance. To address these issues, a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) has been designed for employee performance appraisal. This system implements the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to provide more objective and structured appraisal results. The system design includes an interface that allows the HRD Manager to input appraisal data, perform automatic calculations based on criteria weights, and generate transparent employee performance rankings. With this system, it is expected that the performance appraisal process at PT.TUNAS TOYOTA CINERE can become more effective, efficient, and support more accurate decision-making.
