        IMPLEMENTASI DAN EVALUASI SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS (SIG) BERBASIS WEB UNTUK PENGELOLAAN ASET INFRASTRUKTUR PUBLIK DI PEMERINTAHAN DAERAH. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara komprehensif implementasi dan mengevaluasi efektivitas Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis Web sebagai solusi transformatif dalam pengelolaan aset infrastruktur publik di pemerintahan daerah. Metode yang digunakan adalah Kajian Pustaka Sistematis (Systematic Literature Review) yang mensintesis temuan dari berbagai jurnal bereputasi terkait SIG, manajemen aset, dan evaluasi sistem informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi WebGIS sangat bergantung pada integrasi aspek teknis, organisasional, dan kebijakan. Faktor pendorong utama adalah dukungan kuat dari pimpinan dan ketersediaan data geospasial yang terstandarisasi. Sebaliknya, penghambat signifikan meliputi resistensi pengguna terhadap perubahan dan isu keberlanjutan pendanaan.

ABSTRACT
       IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION OF A WEB-BASED GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) FOR PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE ASSET MANAGEMENT IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of a Web-Based Geographic Information System (WebGIS) as a transformative solution for public infrastructure asset management in regional government. The methodology employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), synthesizing findings from reputable journals concerning GIS, asset management, and information system evaluation. The results indicate that the successful implementation of WebGIS heavily relies on the integration of technical, organizational, and policy aspects. Key enabling factors include strong leadership support and the availability of standardized geospatial data. Conversely, significant barriers encompass user resistance to change and issues surrounding funding sustainability.
