SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN VENDOR INTERIOR BERBASIS AHP. Perkembangan industri properti yang pesat mendorong meningkatnya kebutuhan akan bangunan yang berkualitas dan memiliki nilai estetika tinggi. Dalam proses tersebut, pemilihan vendor interior berperan penting karena berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hasil, efisiensi biaya, serta ketepatan waktu proyek. Agung Sedayu Group menghadapi tantangan dalam memilih vendor secara objektif, sebab proses seleksi yang masih dilakukan secara manual sering menimbulkan bias dan inkonsistensi. Penelitian ini menawarkan solusi melalui penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk membantu menentukan vendor interior terbaik secara sistematis dan terukur. Metode AHP digunakan untuk membandingkan kriteria seperti reputasi, kualitas hasil kerja, harga penawaran, dan ketepatan waktu, dengan memberikan bobot pada setiap aspek penilaian. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, serta mengurangi subjektivitas dalam proses pemilihan vendor. Dengan demikian, SPK berbasis AHP ini dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif bagi Agung Sedayu Group dalam menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih objektif dan konsisten.

ABSTRACT
DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR INTERIOR VENDOR SELECTION BASED ON AHP.The rapid development of the property industry has driven an increasing need for high-quality buildings with high aesthetic value. In this process, the selection of interior vendors plays a crucial role because it influences the quality of the results, cost efficiency, and project timeliness. Agung Sedayu Group faces challenges in selecting vendors objectively, because the manual selection process often leads to bias and inconsistency. This study offers a solution through the implementation of a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to help determine the best interior vendors systematically and measurably. The AHP method is used to compare criteria such as reputation, quality of work results, bid price, and timeliness, by assigning weight to each aspect of the assessment. The system was developed using the Waterfall method which includes needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Test results show that the system is able to increase efficiency, accuracy, and reduce subjectivity in the vendor selection process. Thus, this AHP-based DSS can be an effective tool for Agung Sedayu Group in producing more objective and consistent decisions.
