The focus and scope of the JIMF Journal are:

  • Marketing Management, Operations and Production Management (Product Quality, Service quality, Price, Promotion, Suplly Chain Planning, Productions Process, Location Planning, Project Management, Inventory Management, Product Design)
  • Financial Management, (financial management, international financial management)

Peer Review Process

Articles submitted to JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma)  (p-ISSN : 2598-9545 e-ISSN : 2599-171X)  there are at least two reviewers for each manuscript for the related topic. Judgement from the first reviewer will be the main priority on which the editor will make their decision, if there are only two reviewers. Three weeks will be needed for reviewer to complete one round of the reviewing process.

In the first stage, JIMF editorial team evaluates the conformity of the article with the focus and scope of the journal as well as the journal style and specific JIMF author guidelines. All out-scope article will be declined. JIMF uses Google Scholar and Turnitin software for p Plagiarism and similarity checking of the submitted article. Duration of evaluation between 1-3 weeks.

Substantial single-blind reviews are performed by at least two reviewers — duration of evaluation between 3-10 weeks. If desired, the reviewer may request a re-review after the author revises his/her article.

The Editor in Chief authorizes the decision of whether the article can be published by considering recommendations from reviewers. JIMF publishes In-Press issue containing accepted articles for faster indexing. JIMF also publishes the camera-ready articles in the In-Progress issue prior to regular issue publication.

If you would like to become a reviewer for JIMF, please complete the online Application Form. You should provide some descriptive words of your reviewing interests. We will register you as a Reviewer and an Author into JIMF journal within three working days. Your account information, ie username and password, will be delivered to your email.

Generally, the candidate of the reviewers will be chosen based on their reputation in the international publication number and the study quality. For the next step, the editor sends an invitation letter to each candidate of the reviewer. After the candidate of the reviewer has been informed of their availability for the reviewing process, the editor can create an account for each reviewer and then send manuscript by OJS.

 All of the reviewing process is done by way of a blind review and is managed by the editor in OJS.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Publication Ethics

JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma)  p-ISSN : 2598-9545 e-ISSN : 2599-171X is a journal managed and published by the Pascasaana Program,  Pamulang University. This statement states the ethical behavior of all parties involved in publishing an article in JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma), including the author, editor, chairman of the editorial board, editorial board, review partners, and publishers. This statement is based on  COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors. Authors must apply for a research ethics permit issued by the research ethics commission.

1. Code of Ethics in Journal Publications

Publication of an article in a peer-reviewed journal such as JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma) is an important element in the development of knowledge networks. This is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the supporting institutions. Peer-reviewed articles serve to support and embody the scientific method. Therefore, it is very important to agree on ethical standards of publication for all parties involved in journal publishing, both authors, editors, editorial boards, review partners, publishers, and the public.

The Pascasarjana Program, Pamulang University as the publishing institution of JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma) is responsible for the entire publishing process and is fully aware of the ethics and responsibilities associated with the process. In addition, the Pascasarjana Program, Pamulang University, and the Editorial Board strive to establish good communication with other journals and/or publishers when necessary.

2. Publication Decisions

Prior to publishing both online and print forn JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma), The Chief Editor who is responsible for publishing requests input from other Editors and supports suggestions from reviewers. Where, it is also based on a series of journal publications starting from submitting manuscripts, checking editors, checking reviewers, checking layouts, checking plagiarism and copyrights. This is under the supervision of the Chief Editor and other Editors with the authority so that the publication decision for the manuscript on JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma).

3. Secrecy

Manuscripts published on JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma) the value of information is highly guarded, where editors and reviewers are not allowed to disclose a lot of information about a manuscript that has been submitted to anyone from the author, reviewer, editorial team, and publisher, but only what is appropriate and reasonable.

4. Disclosure and Conflict of Interest

Unpublished material disclosed in a submitted manuscript should not be used by multiple editorial board members and reviewers in their own research.

Editor's Responsibilities

  1. The editor is responsible for deciding which articles are eligible for publication through editorial board meetings. Editors are guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and are limited by applicable legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism.

  2. In the process of accepting articles, the editorial team is based on the principle of equal treatment.

  3. In the journal review process and publication decisions (articles), the editorial team does not discriminate against the author's race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political ideology.

  4. The editor and editorial team will not disclose any information about the submitted manuscript or article except with the permission of the author.

  5. Manuscripts (articles) that are not published after being submitted will not be used by the editor's own research and will be returned directly to the author.

Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions on submitted manuscripts/articles:

  1. The reviewer is responsible for the recommendation of the article being reviewed.

  2. Manuscript review is carried out objectively and is supported by clear arguments.

  3. Reviewers are responsible for citations, references, and plagiarism of reviewed articles.

  4. Reviewers keep the information confidential for personal gain.

Author's Responsibilities

  1. Authors must present articles of their thoughts or research clearly, honestly, and without plagiarism and data manipulation.

  2. The author is responsible for the confirmation submitted for the article that has been written.

  3. Authors must comply with publication requirements in the form of originality, no plagiarism, and have never been published in other journals or publications.

  4. Authors must indicate references to the opinions and works of others who are quoted.

  5. Authors must write manuscripts or articles ethically, honestly, and responsibly, in accordance with applicable scientific writing regulations.

  6. Authors are prohibited from submitting/publishing the same article to more than one journal or publication.

  7. The author does not mind if the manuscript is edited without changing the substance or main idea of the writing.

Publisher Responsibilities

Pascasarjana Program,University of Pamulang as publisher JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma) responsible:

  1. Publish articles that after going through the editing process, peer review, layout in accordance with the rules for publishing scientific journals.

  2. Ensuring academic freedom for editors and reviewers in carrying out their respective duties.

  3. Maintain privacy and protect intellectual property and copyright, and editorial freedom.

Publication Frequency

JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma)   is scheduled for publication in November, March, July in accordance with the SK DDII LIPI  http://u.lipi.go.id/1509527773 and http://u.lipi.go.id/1511085684 (3 issue a year).  It is electronically published via journal website (http://openjournal.unpam.ac.id/index.php/PRKM). Each published articles will be assigned with a DOI (digital object identifier).

Open Access Policy

JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma)  (p-ISSN : 2598-9545 e-ISSN : 2599-171X)   provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. The published articles will be available in JIMF website and their full text can be download freely.

Article Processing Charge

JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma)  (p-ISSN : 2598-9545 e-ISSN : 2599-171X)   is a free and open access journal. Author submission, as well as article processing and publishing, is free of charge. Readers can read and download any full-text articles for free of charge.

This statement clarifies the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing an article in this journal, including the author, the chief editor, the Editorial Board, the peer-reviewer­­­­­ and the publisher (Universitas Pamulang). Ethical Guideline for Journal Publication

The publication of an article in a peer-reviewed JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma)  is an essential building block in the development of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. It is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. It is therefore important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer, the publisher, and the society.  

Universitas Pamulang as the publisher of JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma)  takes its duties of guardianship over all stages of publishing extremely seriously and we recognize our ethical and other responsibilities. We are committed to ensuring that advertising, reprint or other commercial revenue has no impact or influence on editorial decisions. In addition, the LPPM Universitas Pamulang  and Editorial Board will assist in communications with other journals and/or publishers where this is useful and necessary.

Publication decisions

The editor of the JIMF (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Forkamma)  is responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published. The validation of the work in question and its importance to researchers and readers must always drive such decisions. The editors may be guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The editors may confer with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.

Fair play

An editor at any time evaluates manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.

Confidentiality

The editor and any editorial staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate.

Disclosure and conflicts of interest

Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor's own research without the express written consent of the author.

  • In Volume 2 JIMF is consistent with the SK DDII LIPI which is 3 issues with 8 articles published, which previously on voume 1 had 4 volumes with 10 articles
  • JIMF began using the Online Journal System (OJS) in November 2017.
