PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN HARGA TERJADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SMARTPHONE PADA SAMSUNG STORE MALL BINTARO EXCHANGE

Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Samsung Store Mall Bintaro Xchange. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Dan Populasi dalam Penelitian ini adalah konsumen Samsung Store Mall Bintaro Xchange, Kemudian diambil Sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, Sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi dengan taraf signifikan 5% menggunakan program SPSS for Windows Version 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan besar nya pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelianadalah 4,397, besar nya pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelianadalah 2,891, dan besar nya pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelianadalah 75,239, sehingga kualitas produk dan harga memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelianDownloads
