Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusahaan Swasta di Kota Depok

Riset ini guna mengetahui seberapa tinggi efek motivasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja buruh peringkat bawah di CV Noar Global Media. Dalam riset ini digunakan dua variabel independen ialah motivasi (X1) dan disiplin (X2), beserta satu variabel terikat ialah kinerja (Y). Mekanisme yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni teknik kuantitatif dan teknik terkait. Penelitian dilakukan kepada buruh CV Noar Global Media, dan total buruh yang diwawancarai sama banyaknya 52 individu. Teknik inspeksi berita dalam penelitian ini mengaplikasikan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji abnormalitas, percobaan multikolinearitas, percobaan autokorelasi, percobaan heteroskedastisitas, percobaan kajian kemunduran linier satu-satunya, kajian linier berganda, kajian koefisien kaitan (r), kajian koefisien konklusi (r). ) R), Kemudian melakukan percobaan hipotesis yang meliputi percobaan T (percobaan segmental) dan uji F (percobaan serentak).
