Hasil research ditujukan untuk mendapatkan dampak aktif kepemimpinan dan rasa kepuasan terhadap hasil kerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan jumlah reseponden sebanyak 67. Secara simultan dan parsial pemimpin serta kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dengan hasil uji regresi linier berganda Y= 6.803 + 1.114X1 + 0.037X2 artinya pemimpin dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil kerja. .Dengan angka. koefaisien detrminasi 0,988 atau 98,8% mengungkapkan bahwa pemimpin serta rasa kepuasan kerja membawa dampak terhadap kenaikan hasil kerja sebesar 98,8%References
