Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Pucca Learning Centre Medan

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan pimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pucca Learning Center, Medan. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 pegawai di Pucca Learning Center, Medan. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana,sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan pimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pucca Learning Center, Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pucca Learning Center, Medan berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dan nilai α = 5% dan besarnya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan ini adalah sebesar 13% sedangkan sisanya 87% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.References
