Pengaruh Discipline, Work Environment dan Leadership Style Tehadap Employee Productivity pada Karyawan Perusahaan Manucfacturing di Cikarang

Alasan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk memilih dan mengambil dampak dari gaya Disiplin, Tempat Kerja dan Wewenang terhadap Efisiensi Pekerja karyawan pada perusahaan manufactur di Cikarang. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif, dan penelitian dan tinjauan pustaka digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebesar 195. Pengujian spekulasi dilakukan untuk menguji dampak discipline, Work Environment, dan Leadership Style terhadap Efisiensi Representatif pada perwakilan organisasi perakitan di Cikarang. Pemeriksaan informasi yang digunakan menggunakan berbagai macam pemeriksaan relaps langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan efisiensi yang representatif. Konsekuensi pengujian spekulasi menunjukkan hubungan positif antara Work Environment dan Employee Productivity. Konsekuensi pengujian spekulasi menunjukkan hubungan positif antara Leadership style Terhadap Employee Productivity.
The reason for conducting this research is to choose and take the impact of the style of Discipline, Work Place and Authority on Employee Work Efficiency in manufacturing companies in Cikarang. this study was conducted using a quantitative methodology, and research and literature review were used to collect the data. The sample for this study was 195. Speculation testing was carried out to examine the impact of discipline, work environment, and leadership style on representative efficiency in representative assembly organizations in Cikarang. The information check used uses a variety of direct relapse checks. The results of this study show representative efficiency. Consequences of speculation testing show a positive relationship between Work Environment and Employee Productivity. The consequence of the speculation test shows a positive relationship between Leadership style and Employee Productivity.
