Pengaruh Modal, Dukungan Pemerintah, Kompetensi SDM, dan Produktivitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja UMKM

Riset ini bertujuan buat mengenali apakah Modal, Dukungan Pemerintah, Kompetensi SDM, dan Produktivitas Kerja mempengaruhi Kinerja UMKM. Objek dalam riset ini adalah pelaku UMKM di Kota Bekasi sejumlah 96 pelaku usaha. Informasi dalam riset ini ialah informasi primer dengan memakai kuesioner. Metode analisis informasi dalam riset ini memakai Aplikasi SPSS. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Modal, Dukungan Pemerintah, dan Kompetensi SDM, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Sedangkan Produktivitas Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM.
This research aims to identify whether Capital, Government Support, HR Competence, and Work Productivity affect MSME performance. The objects in this research are MSME actors in Bekasi City, a total of 96 business actors. The information in this research is primary information using a questionnaire. The information analysis method in this research uses the SPSS application. The test results show that Capital, Government Support, and HR Competence have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Meanwhile, work productivity has no effect on MSME performance
