Penerapan Manajemen Risiko Guna Meminimalisir Kerugian Pada Kegiatan Pengiriman Redpack

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan manajemen risiko guna meminimalisir kerugian pada kegiatan pengiriman Redpack di PT Sarana Bandar Logistik. Manajemen risiko memiliki peran penting dalam melindungi perusahaan dari potensi kerugian finansial dan reputasi yang ’disebabkan oleh kegagalan pengiriman. Metode’penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan pihak terkait dan tinjauan dokumentasi terkait kegiatan pengiriman Redpack. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Sarana Bandar Logistik telah menerapkan langkah-langkah manajemen risiko yang efektif, termasuk identifikasi risiko, evaluasi ’risiko, dan pengembangan strategi pengurangan risiko. Dengan penerapan manajemen risiko, perusahaan dapat meminimalisir kerugian potensial selama proses pengiriman Redpack. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami pentingnya manajemen risiko dalam konteks kegiatan pengiriman dan memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan lain dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan risiko dalam operasional logistik mereka.
