Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana
hubungan antara modal manusia dan kinerja organisasi, dan
Bagaimana strategi manajemen modal manusia yang efektif
dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, Penelitian ini adalah
kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi dokumen atau
teks, Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder,
Pengumpulan Data dilakukan dengan studi dokumen atau teks.
Hasil penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa hubungan antara
modal manusia dan kinerja organisasi sangatlah kuat dan
kompleks. Kualitas modal manusia, yang meliputi
keterampilan, motivasi, dan kepuasan karyawan, berperan
penting dalam menentukan kinerja sebuah organisasi. Dan
strategi manajemen modal manusia yang efektif terdiri dari
rekrutmen dan seleksi yang teliti, pelatihan dan pengembangan
karyawan, pengelolaan kinerja yang efektif, serta penekanan
pada keberagaman dan inklusivitas.
