Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kesejahteraan Karyawan Terhadap Produktivitas

Produktivitas karyawan merupakan faktor krusial dalam keberlanjutan perusahaan manufaktur, khususnya industri garmen yang padat karya dan menghadapi persaingan global. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan kepemimpinan dan kesejahteraan karyawan terhadap produktivitas di PT. Woori Sukses Apparel, Kabupaten Semarang. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif-korelasional, 32 karyawan tetap dipilih melalui convenience sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur skala Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis dengan korelasi Pearson menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Hasil menunjukkan kepemimpinan memiliki korelasi positif kuat dengan produktivitas (r = 0,724, p < 0,01), sedangkan kesejahteraan karyawan menunjukkan korelasi positif signifikan (r = 0,652, p < 0,01). Kepemimpinan menunjukkan hubungan lebih kuat dibanding kesejahteraan karyawan, dengan pemberian arahan kerja jelas dan teladan disiplin menjadi faktor paling berpengaruh. Temuan mengonfirmasi teori kepemimpinan transformasional dan kesejahteraan karyawan dalam konteks industri garmen Indonesia. Penelitian menyimpulkan kepemimpinan efektif dikombinasikan program kesejahteraan memadai menciptakan sinergi positif meningkatkan produktivitas organisasi.
