Pengaruh Motivasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Komitmen Organisasi Di BPSDM PUPR

Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan organisasi, terutama di sektor pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi di BPSDM PUPR. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis AMOS terhadap 152 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (CR = 2,351; p = 0,019), (CR = 3,379; p = 0,000), dan (CR = 3,138; p = 0,002). Ketiga variabel juga berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai (CR = 3,290; p = 0,001), (CR = 4,189; p = 0,000), dan (CR = 3,677; p = 0,000). Selain itu, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja (CR = 2,500; p = 0,004). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui penguatan komitmen organisasi.
