Pengaruh Disiplin dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Damai Indah Golf BSD

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Damai Indah Golf BSD. Deskriptif kuantitatif dan random sampling digunakan sebagai cara dan teknik untuk mendapatkan sampel penelitian dengan 85 responden Data yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan dlakukan uji hipotesis. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah variabel disiplin karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif, signifikan dan kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Damai Indah Golf BSD dengan koefisien determinasi mencapai 48,6 %. Selanjutnya motivasi karyawan juga berpengaruh postif, signifikan dan kuat dengan 40,4 % nilai koefisien determinasinya. Disiplin dan motivasi karyawan sebagai variabel yang sama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif, signifikan dan kuat serta menyumbang kontribusi untuk mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebanyak 55,7 % disamping variabel lainnya.
