Abstract

ABSTRACT

Black economy is an economic activity that underlies the existence of several legal provisions in which this form is one of the deepening of the law which allows for the existence of law as a provision that understands the existence of economic activity. While in accordance with several demands in the application of law, which becomes a standard form of a law, this becomes a right that is owned by the breakers between positions that support the formation of a complex economic activity. This is certainly one of the ways to make a positive path for the legal basis. The method used is a qualitative research method, in which we must understand what stages must be considered in accordance with the social reality required in obtaining a perfect result or discussion by going through the process of approaching informants and collecting data through various literature, both from online media, journals and books that have been printed. All kinds of activities that underlie the existence of types of black economy itself are decontamination that occurs between several forms and parties involved in it, so that the provisions are one of the important parts that can reveal the existence of declining basic provisions; of course this is part of on the provisions of that law.  The influence of the law that regulates the legality of black economy is one way to gain personal advantage over illegality that is carried out at the same time, black economy which regulates the existence of legality as a legal basis in the form of a general form of using immaterial things that have a tendency to have different types. Certain form, which is a form that is concrete and real, therefore allowances should be given according to conditions and should not be excessive.
