Abstract

This activity is based on the rapid development of digital technology, which requires the younger generation to have a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data mining. However, in reality, most senior high school students still have limited knowledge of the fundamental concepts and practical applications of these technologies in everyday life. One important example is the implementation of artificial intelligence through data mining, which serves as one of the foundational concepts behind today's rapidly evolving technologies. The primary problem addressed in this activity is the low level of AI and data mining literacy among students, as well as the lack of practical learning experiences that connect these concepts with the needs of modern industry. Therefore, this program aims to improve students' understanding through interactive and application-oriented training. The proposed solutions include providing introductory materials on AI and data mining, demonstrating the use of Python-based tools, and conducting hands-on practice in data processing and pattern recognition using simple datasets. In addition, students are introduced to case studies demonstrating AI applications in various sectors, including education, business, and healthcare. The expected outcomes of this activity are improved technological literacy, enhanced fundamental understanding of AI and data mining concepts, and greater readiness to face the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0). Consequently, students are expected to become more adaptive to technological advancements and develop stronger competitiveness for their future academic and professional careers.
