This community service project aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of students at SMKN 8 Kota Serang Banten in the field of electric motor circuit installation. The activity utilizes simulation methods to provide in-depth understanding of procedures, safety, and installation standards. Through hands-on practice, students not only reinforce theoretical concepts but also develop technical skills relevant to the workforce. The program is designed to better prepare students for challenges in electric motor installation while fostering awareness of the importance of adhering to PUIL 2011 standards to ensure safety and installation quality. Additionally, the simulation seeks to instill a sustainable culture of safety among students. The evaluation results and participants' feedback will serve as indicators of the project's success. Overall, this initiative is expected to positively impact the quality of education and students' readiness to enter the workforce in the field of electric motor installation
