Analisis Strategi Operasi Produksi (Studi Kasus di PT. Mitra Agraria Sentosa)

Pemerintah Indonesia turut serta bergabung dalam Kebijakan yang ada pada Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA). Maka banyak perusahaan yang kemudian melakukan inovasi agar produknya mampu bersaing secara global dan berstandar mutu ASEAN. Penulis melakukan peneliti pada perusahaan skala menengan yaitu PT. MAS, yang bertujuan untuk menentukan misi dan objektif, strategi bisnis, strategi operasi yang berlandaskan kepada prioritas tujuan kinerja fungsi operasi-produksi. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SWOT, dan matriks TOWS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT. MAS memiliki produksi alami, sehat, aman dan bermutu. Strategi bisnis perusahaan adalah memfokuskan kepada kebutuhan dalam negeri.
