Abstract

Di masa pandemi Covid-19, tidak bisa dipungkiri banyak perusahaan yang menerapkan Work From Home (WFH). Bagi mahasiswa yang juga bekerja, WFH menjadi masalah tersendiri sekaligus dihadapkan pada Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (atau daring) yang harus mereka jalani. Atas dasar tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh sikap, norma subyektif dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan terhadap niat mahasiswa-karyawan saat melaksanakan WFH. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa-karyawan yang berdomisili di area Tangerang Raya (Kabupaten Tangerang, Kota Tangerang dan Kota Tangerang Selatan) dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 116 mahasiswa-karyawan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS. Analisis regresi diterapkan pada data ini. Sehingga hasil yang diperoleh berupa persamaan Y= (-2,688) + 0,377 At + 0,200 Su + 0,507 Pe. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap, norma subyektif dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap niat mahasiswa-karyawan dalam menerapkan WFH. Namun, efek simultan menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda. Selanjutnya, dibandingkan dengan variabel independen lainnya, variabel kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap niat mahasiswa-karyawan untuk melakukan WFH. Sehingga keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuannya menjadi kunci utama dalam hasil penelitian ini.
