Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk menganalisis variabel Transformation Leadership dan Affective Commitment terhadap Integrity Employee, 2) untuk menganalisis varaiabel Affective Commitment terhadap Integrity Employee, 3) untuk menganalisis variabel Transformation Leadership terhadap Affective Commitment. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi karyawan Restoran Mie Mapan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 50. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 4.0. Terdapat dua spesifikasi model yang digunakan dalam PLS yaitu: outer dan inner model. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Transformation Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Integrity Employee, Affective Commitment berpengaruh terhadap Integrity Employee, Transformation Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Affective Commitment.
