Abstract

The results of this program are expected to increase learning motivation and equip young people with the ability to plan careers independently and strategically. This program is also expected to encourage youth to be more proactive in processing household cash management and family micro businesses, thereby contributing to improving the quality of household cash management and family micro businesses in the Pamulang Timur sub-district.
