Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi blockchain dan meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap investasi cryptocurrency telah mendorong munculnya berbagai platform cryptocurrency exchange dengan karakteristik, fitur, dan tingkat layanan yang berbeda-beda. Banyaknya pilihan platform tersebut sering kali menimbulkan kesulitan bagi calon investor, terutama pengguna pemula, dalam menentukan platform yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensinya. Proses pemilihan yang dilakukan secara manual cenderung memerlukan waktu yang lebih lama serta berpotensi menghasilkan keputusan yang kurang objektif karena harus mempertimbangkan banyak kriteria secara bersamaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis website dengan mengimplementasikan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) guna membantu pengguna dalam menentukan platform cryptocurrency exchange yang paling sesuai. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan admin seller komunitas Airdropfinder, penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna cryptocurrency, serta studi pustaka yang relevan. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi keamanan, kelengkapan fitur, kualitas layanan pelanggan, regulasi, serta jumlah dan ragam aset koin. Metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk melakukan proses perhitungan dan perangkingan alternatif berdasarkan kedekatan terhadap solusi ideal positif dan jarak terhadap solusi ideal negatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode TOPSIS berhasil diimplementasikan ke dalam sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis website dan mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi platform cryptocurrency exchange secara objektif, sistematis, dan terukur sesuai dengan kriteria serta bobot yang telah ditentukan. Sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu pengguna memahami aspek-aspek penting dalam pemilihan platform, mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan, serta memberikan rekomendasi platform cryptocurrency exchange yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna.
