Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Santri: Analytical Hierarchy Process dan Weighted Product Berbasis Web

Proses penerimaan santri baru di lingkungan pondok pesantren sebagian besar masih dilakukan secara konvensional, sehingga menimbulkan ketidakakuratan pencatatan, keterlambatan proses seleksi, dan kurangnya objektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem rekomendasi pendaftaran santri baru berbasis web dengan menggabungkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk pembobotan kriteria dan metode Weighted Product (WP) untuk perankingan akhir. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan model Waterfall dan diuji melalui pengujian Black Box dan White Box. Pengujian Black Box terhadap 59 skenario uji menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100%, sedangkan pengujian White Box pada fitur login dan dashboard santri masing-masing menghasilkan nilai Cyclomatic Complexity sebesar 5 dan 4 dengan 5 dan 4 jalur independen. Perbandingan berpasangan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) terhadap lima kriteria seleksi menghasilkan bobot yang konsisten (Consistency Ratio = 0,0527 < 0,1), yaitu Status Keluarga (35%), Nilai Akademik (25%), Hafalan Al-Qur'an (20%), Baca Al-Qur'an (10%), dan Motivasi Belajar (10%). Penerapan bobot tersebut pada metode Weighted Product (WP) terhadap 30 data pendaftar menghasilkan 10 calon santri direkomendasikan diterima, 3 cadangan, dan 17 ditolak. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengurus pesantren menghasilkan rekomendasi penerimaan yang lebih objektif, akurat, dan transparan dibandingkan seleksi konvensional.
