Abstract
Knowing the legal considerations of judges in deciding cases of machine tool rental agreements and the legal consequences of defaults committed by PT. ARROW SILVER MEGASARANA with PT. MEGASARANA SILVER ARROW, Because it does not carry out what it is capable of, it will carry out according to the agreement. Based on the Decision of the South Jakarta District Court Number 1140/Pdt.G/2022/PN Jkt. Cell. The method used in this study is the normative legal research method. The judge's consideration in deciding the case is the defendant, namely PT. PANAH PERAK MEGASARANA was proven to be in default because it did not fulfill its obligations as stipulated in the Civil Law Article 1239 which caused losses to the plaintiff, namely PT. PANAH PERAK MEGASARANA, the legal consequences of the default, the Defendant must pay the agreed compensation costs and interest
