PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN PADA AHAD MART CINERE

ABSTRAK
Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Ahad Mart Cinere dapat dikatakan baik hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan Validitas Kualitas Pelayanan (X) dapat dikatakan valid karena rhitung 0,5287 > 0,1654 rtabel. Dan hasil perhitungan Reabilitas dengan menggunakan rumus Cronbach alpha di dapatkan hasil Reabilitas variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X) sebesar yang artinya rhitung 0,8235 > 0,1654 rtabel maka instrumen penelitian ini dinyatakan Reliabel.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana di dapatkan persaman Y = 16,2781 + 0.5900X, artinya apabila Kualitas Pelayanan ditingkatkan 1 maka akan mempengaruhi peningkatan Loyalitas Pelanggan sebesar 0,5900 dan sebaliknya apabila Kualitas Pelayanan diturunkan sebesar 1 maka akan terjadi penurunan Loyalitas Pelanggan sebesar 0,5900. Kemudian dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan Analisis Product Moment diketahui bahwa tingkat korelasi Kualitas Pelayanan dengan Loyalitas Pelanggan yaitu 0,6427 dengan kategori kuat. Sedangkan Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 41,31% dan sisanya 58,69% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dan berdasarkan hasil Uji Hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t maka thitung > ttabel yaitu 8,3054 > 1,6606 yang artinya bahwa H0 ditolak dan h1 diterima, artinya Kualitas Pelayanan (X) mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y).
