Kinerja Pemasaran Properti yang Memasakan Melalui E-Commerce di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Pandemi covid19 telah merubah berbagai segi kehidupan manusia dan tatanan ekonomi, termasuk perilaku konsumen dan teknik memasarkan barang dan jasa. Properti juga merasakan dampak yang signifikan dengan menurunnya jumlah penjualan properti. Untuk itu dituntut kemahiran pemasar supaya properti yang ditawarkan berhasil menarik minat pembeli. Penelitian ini penelitian riset pustaka. Hasilnya adalah bahwa kinerja pemasaran yang menggunakan e-commerce sebagai media memasarkan properti segala bentuk transaksi jual-beli yang dilakukan melalui internet. E-commerce memberikan berbagai kemudahan dan keuntungan jika dibandingkan dengan toko konvensional. Salah satunya adalah tidak dibatasi oleh ketersediaan tempat dan waktu untuk lakukan aktivitas secara online. Disatu sisi, kinerja pemasaran dituntut untuk tetap dapat menghasilkan laba bagi perusahaan.
