Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Citra Merek terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, pengaruh Promosi terhadap Loylitas Pelanggan dan pengaruh Citra Merek dan Promosi terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Go-Jek di Stasiun Depok Jawa Baratâ€.
Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, metode dalam penelitian ini dengan penyebaran angket (kuesioner), teknik penarikan sampel non probability sampling, populasi adalah pelanggan Go- Jek di Stasiun Depok. Responden sebanyak 100 orang jumlah sampel yang di ambil dengan pemakaian sampel sebanyak dua kali.
Perolehan hasil penelitian tidak terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara Citra Merek dan promosi terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Go-Jek di Stasiun Depok Jawa baratReferences
