Tingkat persaingan yang semakin meningkat dalam industri ritel telah mendorong pusat perbelanjaan untuk mengadopsi strategi pemasaran yang inovatif guna mempertahankan daya tarik dan visibilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam strategi pemasaran media sosial yang diterapkan oleh Pusat Perbelanjaan Labuan Square di Labuan Bajo. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi upaya dan metode yang diterapkan untuk meningkatkan visibilitas pusat perbelanjaan dan menarik minat pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan menganalisis strategi pemasaran media sosial yang diterapkan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang efektivitas strategi dalam konteks pasar lokal. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana penerapan strategi pemasaran media sosial dapat membantu meningkatkan daya tarik pasar bagi pusat perbelanjaan di kawasan Labuan Bajo
