Abstract

Purpose. This study aims to examine the effect of the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work–Life Balance (WLB) on employee performance at PT Sektor Anugerah Perkasa in Tangerang City.

Method. The research employed an associative quantitative method, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 42 respondents who were employees of the company. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 27, including validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and F-tests.

Results. The results show that partially, the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 6.043 > t-table 2.022 and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Similarly, Work–Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 7.422 > t-table 2.022 and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables—SOP and Work– Life Balance—have a significant effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 27.547 > F-table 3.24 and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.586 indicates that the two independent variables contribute 58.6% to employee performance, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside this study.
