Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Kematian Berbasis Web Guna Menunjang Efektivitas Pelaporan Mortalitas

Abstrak

Kemajuan teknologi informasi berkembang dengan pesat. Salah satu keuntungan yang dapat dirasakan yaitu perkembangan rekam medis di rumah sakit yang semakin meningkat. Dengan adanya rekam medis elektronik, kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit dapat menjadi lebih baik, efektif dan efisien. Seperti di Rumah Sakit XYZ, rekam medis yang digunakan secara umum sudah berbasis elektronik, namum masih ada beberapa laporan yang masih dilakukan secara kurang efektif karena masih menggunakan google spreadsheet dan harus memindahkan data satu per satu, salah satunya adalah pelaporan kematian pasien. Hal tersebut membuat proses penyusunan laporan kematian memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama. Maka untuk mengefektifkan hal tersebut maka dibutuhkan perancangan sistem informasi pelaporan kematian pasien guna mempermudah serta mempercepat penyusunan laporan kematian. Metode perancangan yang akan dibuat menggunakan metode waterfall dan berbasi web. Dengan adanya sistem informasi yang dibuat ini akan mempermudah petugas dalam membuat laporan kematian dan waktu yang digunakan bisa lebih efektif.
