Abstrak

PT Hajar Aswad Mubaroq Riau merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak menawarkan jasa perjalanan haji dan umroh. Namun, saat ini mereka masih menggunakan metode konvensional dalam melakukan proses bisnis perjalanan mereka secara menyeluruh. Sehingga untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja bisnis perusahaan travel diperlukan adanya penerapan sistem informasi. Selain itu, kehadiran sistem informasi diharapkan dapat secara signifikan mengurangi biaya administrasi dan meningkatkan kemudahan customer dalam proses transaksi. Sebelum melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi, observasi dilakukan terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui proses bisnis mana saja yang dapat di implementasikan dalam sebuah sistem informasi. Pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan pendekatan Rapid Application Development yang berfokus pada pengembangan cepat dalam waktu yang singkat. Integrasi payment gateway midtrans ke dalam sistem informasi telah memudahkan peneliti dalam mengembangkan sistem yang mendukung pembayaran transaksi melalui beberapa bank dan e-wallet yang ada di Indonesia.
