Penerapan Metode EUCS terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Informasi Akademik

Dalam mengolah sistem informasi akademik mahasiswa diperlukan sistem informasi akademik pada kampus Institut Teknologi Perkebunan Pelalawan Indonesia yang diterapkan sejak tahun 2018. Sejak penerapannya masih terdapat beberapa kendala atau masalah yang dirasakan pengguna seperti pengulangan pengisian data saat pengisian kuesioner kinerja dosen dan pelayanan, menu yang belum optimal, struktur menu yang sulit dipahami dan perlunya penambahan menu baru, pengolahan data yang cukup lama dan bahkan terjadi error. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode EUCS yang bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi akademik dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang yang merupakan mahasiswa aktif kampus ITP2I. Setelah dilakukan penelitian maka didapatkan hasil tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi akademik berada pada rentang mederat dengan nilai 0,648. Dari lima hipotesis yang diuji, dua hipotesis diterima. Dua hipotesis yang diterima adalah bahwa faktor Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Format yang memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Sementara itu, tiga hipotesis lainnya yaitu Akurasi (Accuracy), Isi (Content), dan Ketepatan Waktu (Timeliness), ditolak karena tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna
