Penerapan Metode ADDIE dalam Membangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset Berbasis Web pada Unit Kerja Khusus Pusat Pengembangan Kedokteran Indonesia

Abstrak

Unit Kerja khusus Pusat Pengembangan Kedokteran Indonesia (UKK PUSBANGKI) memiliki masalah pada pengelolaan asetnya, di mana 30% pemrosesan data menggunakan sistem semi-komputerisasi dan  70% sisanya secara manual, sehingga berpotensi mengalami kerugian atas kehilangan asetnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis website agar pengelolaan aset dapat terintegrasi dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dengan pendekatan sistematis dan terstruktur dalam perancangan programnya. Aplikasi manajemen aset berbasis web dibangun menggunakan Bootstrap 3 pada front-end (HTML, CSS, Javascript) yang memiliki keunggulan dari sisi tampilan website dengan desain responsif dan dapat dikostumisasi sesuai kebutuhan end-user. selain itu, penggunaan XAMPP (Apache, MySQL, PHP) dan Unified Modeling Language (UML) secara bersama-sama mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses mengembangkan dan menghasilkan aplikasi yang handal dan aman. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan evaluasi, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis web telah berhasil meningkatkan 90% efisiensi waktu dan biaya dalam pelacakan aset, serta 95% efektifitas pengurangan insiden kehilangan aset, sehingga pekerjaan unit pengelola aset di UKK PUSBANGKI dapat terlaksana dengan baik, cepat dan terintegrasi.
