Penerapan Model DeLone & McLean dalam Menilai Kesuksesan dan Kapabilitas Pengguna Sistem Informasi di Industri Logistik

Integrated Depot Management System merupakan sistem informasi terintegrasi yang dikembangkan pada PT. Masaji Tatanan Kontainer Indonesia sebagai media utama dalam aktivitas operasional maupun pemasaran bisnis perusahaan dalam mencapai keunggulan kompetitif, beradaptasi dengan pasar, dan peningkatan yang signifikan melalui konsistensi, kreatifitas, dan inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesuksesan aplikasi Integrated Depot Management System dengan menggunakan DeLone & McLean Success Model. Penelitian ini mengadaptasi 6 variabel utama milik D&M, yaitu Service Quality, System Quality, Information Quality, User Satisfaction, Intention to Use, Net Benefits dan mengintegrasikan variabel eksternal yaitu User Capability dengan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Terdapat 14 hipotesis yang dirumuskan untuk menilai hubungan antara dimensi-dimensi yang menjadi variabel kesuksesan yang dikembangkan. Dari 14 hipotesis yang diajukan, 9 hipotesis diterima dan 5 hipotesis lainnya ditolak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Integrated Depot Management System diperlukan pengembangan dari sisi kualitas, dimulai dari kualitas sistem, pelayanan, dan informasi yang disediakan oleh sistem. Pengembangan ini diperlukan untuk mencapai minat dan kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut agar mencapai visi dan misi perusahaan.
