Abstrak

Salah satu syarat kelulusan mahasiswa di Sekolah Vokasi IPB University adalah memiliki Surat Keterangan Bebas Administrasi. Surat tersebut merupakan satu kesatuan persetujuan dari seluruh Penanggung Jawab Laboratorium dan Perpustakaan SV IPB yang menerangkan bahwa mahasiswa tersebut tidak memiliki pinjaman serta tidak sedang mendapatkan sanksi pelanggaran disiplin dari Komisi Disiplin, Kemahasiswaan dan Alumni. Banyaknya calon wisudawan tiap tahunnya menyebabkan antrian yang cukup panjang dalam pembuatan Surat Keterangan Bebas Administrasi tersebut jika pengajuan dilakukan secara manual kepada masing-masing Penanggung Jawab Lab. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Lab Vokasi IPB (SILVI) dengan melakukan penambahan Modul Bebas Administrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Prototype sebagai metodologinya. Tahapan dalam metode ini meliputi communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of prototype, serta deployment delivery & feedback. Berdasarkan uji kelayakan sistem didapatkan hasil 100% fitur berjalan tanpa adanya error sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa SILVI dapat digunakan dengan baik.
