Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Pengembangan Kepemimpinan Di Karang Taruna Ciampea Udik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap pengembangan kepemimpinan di Karang Taruna desa Ciampea Udik, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, sebanyak 65 anggota Karang Taruna menjadi responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap pengembangan kepemimpinan karena t hitung > t tabel atau (8,467 > 2,000), demikian juga budaya organisasi terhadap pengembangan kepemimpinan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan atas dasar t hitung > t tabel atau (7,456 > 2,000). Adapun secara simultan variabel X1 dan X2 berpengaruh terhadap Y dengan hasil uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (47,124 > 2,760). Komunikasi organisasi, terutama komunikasi vertikal, berperan signifikan dalam menyampaikan visi dan membangun kepercayaan, sementara budaya organisasi, seperti nilai gotong royong dan keterbukaan, mendukung kolaborasi dan inovasi. Interaksi antara komunikasi dan budaya organisasi menciptakan sinergi yang memperkuat dinamika kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan organisasi kepemudaan serupa.
