Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi strategi e-commerce Tokopedia dalam mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis mereka. Temuan menunjukkan dampak positif strategi tersebut, dengan peningkatan pengalaman pengguna, efektivitas periklanan, dan manajemen rantai pasokan yang efisien menjadi faktor utama. Interpretasi ilmiah diberikan untuk setiap temuan, mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan pengalaman pengguna membantu retensi pelanggan dan ekspansi basis pengguna. Promosi yang efektif meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan penjualan, sementara manajemen rantai pasokan yang efisien memastikan pengiriman yang cepat dan dapat diandalkan. Analisis data mendalam dan validitas karakterisasi mendukung penafsiran tersebut, yang konsisten dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Pentingnya pengalaman pengguna yang baik, promosi yang efektif, dan manajemen rantai pasokan yang efisien dalam mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis e-commerce ditegaskan oleh temuan ini.
